I have been bombarded by newsletters lately of new fashion for the spring, even going into summer. And of all the new fashion trends, the one that has been the most “squee” worthy for me is all the dresses with cut-outs. Not the kind that make you look a little, well, underdressed, but the kind that are flirty without being too much. Here are some of my favorites that I’m dying to get:
